Triox Innovations stands behind all our quality products and we warrant registered product to the original owner, that we will repair or replace at our discretion, a ROSS devise to be defective due to a manufacturing within the specific product’s warranty period.*

Warranty replacement or repair cost will be covered by Triox Innovations or an authorized dealer. All shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer. All other obligations or liabilities, including loss of use, inconvenience, commercial loss, and consequential damages are hereby excluded.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to any products that have been purchased through an unauthorized dealer or retailer. Products subjected to an accident, adjustment, improper installation, misuse, modification, neglect, repair, or, including but not limited to improper maintenance, or use of unauthorized parts or attachments.

Triox Innovations reserves the right to change product models, features, and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of Dealers or Consumers. Triox Innovations products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
