“I usually use my ROSS at night when I go to sleep. I simply place my liner in my ROSS unit, push a button and fall asleep. It’s a great way to start the day.”

Frequently Asked questions

What you smell after the ROSS process is ozone. ROSS uses the biocidal efficacy of ozone to eliminate odor causing bacteria on liner materials.

ROSS has a 1-year warranty. If there is an issue with your ROSS unit, please contact us at info@cleanwithross.com If our technical team cannot resolve the issue, we will replace your ROSS unit for free.

1. Wipe down liner with moist lint-free cloth to remove debris.

2. Put liner into ROSS. Twist lid to seal before starting cleaning cycle.

3. Choose your cleaning cycle: NORMAL is 10 minutes, SUPER is 20 minutes.

4. Wait until ROSS indicates end of cleaning cycle with GREEN lights and end tone. Remove and enjoy your clean liner!

Everyone is different when it comes to their cleaning regime, however it is recommended to use your ROSS daily.

Plug the power cable into the electrical outlet and toggle the switch at the back to the on position.

Normal is for liner maintenance and takes 10 minutes. Super takes 20 minutes and is for the days when a more intense clean is needed.

The ROSS product development team has taken every precaution necessary including extensive laboratory testing to ensure the safety of the user.

The ROSS process works more effectively when in direct contact with your liner. A wet liner creates a moisture barrier that doesn’t allow for the process to come in direct contact with odor causing bacteria

There is a small chance the ROSS process may slightly discolor your liner but will not affect performance and integrity.

It is recommended that you do not put anything but a prosthetic liner in ROSS.  The cleaning process has only been tested and approved for prosthetic liners.

You can clean the inside of Ross by removing the ‘Interior Steeple’. You can clean Ross as often as you want. We recommend using window cleaning spray.

Make sure ROSS is plugged into your electricity supply and the lights are on. If ROSS still does not want to work, email us at info@trioxinnovations.com and we will get back to you ASAP.
